PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE NATURE OF PERSONALISATION, RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED, UNLESS THE ITEM IS FAULTY.
We will only accept back personalised goods which have an agreed fault with no wear and tear and which arrive at our offices in as new condition.
Once the package is received we will refund the value of the transaction.
